My target audience for making the film will be different more narrow than who the film will be intended for.  That could be students at all Universities and really anyone in Philadelphia.  I am going to focus in making the film on students who have experience and to a style I like.  Who they send it to is up to them.

I will consider this successful not If a good film is produced but if this opens a line of communication between filmakers in Philadelphia.  If in ten years they are working together I will be happy.  If maybe annually a film is made like this just for fun then that would be cool too. If I can get a showing and maybe get the mayor there then I will consider this very successful.

Hacking Film is a way to open communication between different schools in Philadelphia.  There are more tools and resources in this city spread across Uarts and Drexel and Temple than any one school or person alone.  I am going to start a film with a theme and specific instrucions and have other people, always from a different University add on to it.  The goal is to get students from different Universitys to communicate and work together.

I will write a script and guidelines for the project and figure out the best way to implement and distribute the project.  I will need funding and equipment to make this film spread.  I am hoping to show the film and get the city to pay for it.  I think people will like to see the Philly schools united on one project maybe enough to help me do it. We will find out!!
